JackBe Grocer Grand Opening Campaign

JackBe Grocer set out to do the impossible: break into the grocery industry in Edmond, Oklahoma with a brand-new concept: an app-based, Curbside, Drive-thru Grocer where customers never step inside. With a limited startup budget (including very few media dollars) and a need to make a loud entrance, bold, playful creative became the strategy. Every piece leaned into JackBe’s quirky voice and vibrant visuals to cut through the noise and drive downloads. 

 

The result?  Over 20,000 app downloads within the first month.

JackBe already had an established logo, and I worked with the VP of Brand Strategy and the client to further develop the look of the brand. I served as Creative Director, Designer, and Production Artist on all assets, seeing everything through from concept to print-ready files. I also served as Creative Director and Art Director on all the broadcast spots that were created. In addition, I helped develop and implement the marketing strategy for the grand opening of both JackBe's first store and their second store.
